Literally. The whole process was painless and Fred went above and beyond to find me a reliable low mileage car. We recently purchased a Honda Passport from Frank Leta Honda in O’Fallon. Our salesman, Kyler was awesome. Since we are three hours from O’Fallon we did some of our negotiations by phone and text. Everything was pleasant and all our questions were answered. Driving that far we were hopeful everything would be as per our conversations and it was. No surprises and a great experience! Bought a 2023 Jeep Renegade on 3/29... took it home and the following day the check engine light went on. Took it back under warranty, waited two weeks for repair, finally drove it home and started noticing things.... dent in the trunk, scrape on the bumper, one worn out tire, damaged rear rotors... Never saw these before when the Jeep was clean but back to the dealership anyway because the check engine light came back on.

Kyler DeGaeto did a great job on the initial sale. I pre-warned him that I don't care to spend a lot of time picking up that care since we had an agreed to price. He did everything he could to streamline the process: had the car prepped, had the finance office prepped and ready. He has also provided the best after-the-sale support. I've had the car 2 years and he still responds timely to any questions or issues I have when I email or text him.
